We are a 5-star, Nordic Swan Ecolabelled conference and event venue by the waterfront at Kalvebod Brygge. Here, we host everything from strategic meetings and large conferences to company parties, summer parties, and exclusive events in The Tower on the 7th floor.

What can you expect?

As an event trainee with us, you will be an active part of the venue from day one, and you will join a team that works closely together and challenges one another in the best possible way. You will work with:

  • Planning and coordination of meetings, conferences, and events

  • Customer dialogue and writing proposals

  • Event execution and hosting on the day of the event

  • Collaboration with the kitchen, technical team, and service staff

  • Maintaining an overview, attention to detail, and a professional guest experience
