Meetings that build relationships

Coffee during the break is all well and good. But sometimes fresh air and a shared experience do even more.

When people meet, what matters most often happens between agenda items. In the small moments when the ice is broken, laughter is shared, and trust begins to grow. That is why we offer activities and team building that integrate naturally into your meeting or conference.

Through shared challenges and experiences, communication, collaboration, and the relational capital that creates better dialogue and stronger decisions afterwards are strengthened.

We work with Complete Event, AWA Teambuilding and Hey Captain, who offer activities tailored to your purpose. If you would like to round off the day with a DJ, event photographer, or other features, we will of course also help with that.

Collaboration, strategy and creativity in practice.

Put collaboration to the test with high-energy activities where communication, problem-solving and joint decisions take centre stage. For example, you can solve escape game challenges under time pressure, go on GPS-based missions in Copenhagen, or challenge each other’s strategic skills in a game inspired by The Traitor.

There is also the option of creative and technological experiences, where you can, for example, compete against artificial intelligence, produce a music video, or build a large chain reaction across smaller teams. The activities can be adapted for both small and large groups and carried out indoors, outdoors, or as a combination.

The activities are offered in collaboration with AWA Teambuilding.

Competition, creativity and shared experiences.

Bring colleagues together around an activity with a fast pace, humour and room for different strengths. You can take part in a GPS competition in Copenhagen’s canals, solve cryptic riddles in a mobile escape room, or compete on an indoor racetrack with remote-controlled cars.

You can also let creativity run free and produce your own commercial film—from idea and script to filming and a shared premiere. The activities require no special prior knowledge and can be adapted for conferences, corporate events and smaller team days.

The activities are offered in collaboration with Complete Event.

Teambuilding with learning and development.

Combine a fun shared experience with insights you can use in everyday life. Through engaging exercises and workshops, you can work with trust, feedback, communication, personality types and differences within the team.

You can choose between high-energy team activities and more in-depth programmes based on, among other things, Insights Discovery and Everything DiSC. There is also the option of business games where participants practise decision-making, knowledge sharing and cross-department collaboration.

The programmes are particularly relevant for teams that want to strengthen relationships, create a shared language and develop a stronger team culture. They are offered in collaboration with CoastZone.

A social experience on Copenhagen’s canals.

See Copenhagen from the water and make room for informal conversations outside the usual setting. With a personal captain, you will sail through the harbour and canals at a relaxed pace, with time for dialogue, socialising and shared experiences.

The boat trip is ideal as a wrap-up to a meeting or conference day, as a break between professional activities, or as a different kind of lunch break. The kitchen can pack a lunch basket for the trip, and the boats are moored right at the quay at IDA Conference.

Each boat can accommodate up to 12 people, and larger groups can be split across several boats. The boat trip is offered in collaboration with Hey Captain.
