Friday:

NOTE: Opening hours may change during holiday periods.
IDA Conference is generally closed Saturday – Sunday, except for larger events.
Access conditions for IDA Conference
– Parking spaces close to the main entrance
– Ramp from the parking space to the main entrance with a slope of 1:10
– Automatic access doors to the building with sufficient width
– Sufficient passage and turning widths
– Lifts to all floors
– Toilets suitable for wheelchair users on all floors
Parking in front of the building
The parking spaces are managed by APCOA. You can pay via the EasyPark app or the APCOA Flow app. Use area code 177 to locate the parking area in the APCOA Flow app.
We’re pleased to announce that our 8 new Clever charging stations are now operational in the parking area. The chargers support both Clever One (subscription) and Clever Link (pay-as-you-go), making it easy and convenient to charge your electric vehicles.

- Parking fees apply: Payment is required while charging.
Covered bicycle parking is also available at our designated bike racks.
