At IDA Conference we offer exquisite, high quality food, lovingly prepared from the best of the season’s ingredients, and wherever possible, we choose the organic option.
Our team of chefs work daily on a shared mission to create honest food, regardless of which world cuisine they are focused on. They shine creating classics, with the need for craftsmanship and flavours and they excel in world cuisines with its technical demands.
Our chefs have a great passion for making absolutely everything from scratch. They take pride in using the best of the seasonal ingredients, as well as smoking, pickling and salting with both new and classic techniques. We are proud of our chefs, who together create a strong and committed team in the kitchen.

What expectations do you have for catering, when you are at a conference?
"I enjoy ‘share food’, a type of shared culinary platter with a focus on great quality ingredients. I love to experience something that I don’t often get to try. I want food where I am challenged, by both the ingredients and the dish itself"
What has been your best meal?
"Fresh Lobster & Beef Tenderloin at Four Seasons in Bali. It was out of this world"
What, in your opinion never goes out of fashion?
"A smile with the eyes and the feeling of being welcomed and at home"
What should we never serve you?
“I don’t like food that has no soul or is not created with conviction"
