How do I book a meeting room?
By filling out our form at the top of the page here, our meeting bookers receive your inquiry and then contact you to tailor your meeting. We always ensure that your wishes are fulfilled as well as possible, and our chefs, waiters and technicians take care of everything outside of your meeting, so that you can concentrate on the meeting itself.
What facilities are included in your meeting rooms?
Close to the center of Copenhagen, you will find our large selection of meeting rooms. Here you have plenty of options regarding both technology and catering, which make your meeting effective and successful. Our waiters take care of serving the food and drink during the meeting, which completes your day, and our technicians are ready to assist you with equipment such as microphones, screens, projector, video and streaming equipment and big screen. All our meeting rooms are also equipped with free WiFi.
Where should the meeting room be located?
80% of our meeting rooms have a view of the water in Copenhagen’s canals, and we have plenty of parking spaces and a location only 10 min. from Copenhagen Central Station. It is an advantage to hold your meeting with us in inner Copenhagen and close to the city centre, so that all your meeting participants have plenty of opportunity to either come by car, bicycle or public transport to and from your meeting.
How big should my meeting room be?
It is relevant to consider how many meeting participants you will bring to your meeting. Our meeting rooms fit anything from 8 people to up to 400 meeting participants, and our meeting packages are adapted to the number of people you may be. You can consider whether it is also relevant to have several rooms if, for example, meeting participants are to be divided into teams or teams that have to discuss individually.
Is catering included in my meeting package?
In all our meeting packages, coffee, tea and water with and without soda are included. In addition, you can choose meeting packages with breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack for your guests. Our lunch consists of hot as well as cold dishes, so there is something for everyone. Our afternoon snack typically consists of sweet snacks that satisfy the little hunger.
If you have special wishes for catering or remarks about allergens, our meeting bookers will ensure that our chefs and waiters are notified.
What type of catering should I choose?

Do you have parking spaces?
In many places it is difficult to find parking when you book a meeting room in central Copenhagen, but at IDA Conference we offer 60 parking spaces, which must be paid for separately. We also have 2 parking spaces with electric charging points for electric cars.
How much does it cost to rent a meeting room in Copenhagen?

Do you have disabled-friendly meeting rooms?
Our house is equipped with a wheelchair ramp at the entrance, lifts to all meeting rooms and a wheelchair lift to our restaurant, where meeting participants usually have lunch. We also have disabled toilets, which make it accessible to attend meetings with us.
